Ex-Spurs boss wanted to offload quadruple player of the year Bale, claims Keysie.
85 mill for Bale. Incredible to think Harry wanted to give him away. Jamie asked me and Andy to help find him another club.

Former Sky Sports presenter Richard “smashed it” Keys has alleged that Harry Redknapp tried to ‘give away’ Gareth Bale during his time in charge of Tottenham.
Keys, who recently quit his daily show on talkSPORT to front Al Jezeera’s football coverage in Qatar, also claimed that Redknapp’s son Jamie, a Sky pundit and former Spurs player, asked him and sidekick Andy Gray to help find Bale a new club.
The astonishing claims were made on twitter by the hairy-handed Keys, whose other pearls of wisdom on the social networking site include:
Life is all about opinions. Lets wait and see…

After joining Spurs, Bale played a record 24 Premier League games without winning, eventually breaking the unfortunate run against Burnley on 26 September 2009.
But the Welsh forward has established himself as one of the finest players on the planet with his performances this season, and Real Madrid are reportedly ready to pay a world-record £85m for the 23-year-old quadruple player of the year.
Regardless of whether he stays at Tottenham this summer, Bale should be thankful that Keys did not help him secure a move, particularly as the presenter’s idea of a good club may not necessarily be to the Welshman’s taste.
