Ligue 1 outfit PSG should be banned from European competitions from 2014 for breach of Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations, according to Italian broadcaster Sportsmediaset.
UEFA initiated FFP in September 2009 in order to encourage clubs to compete within their revenues and to limit salaries and transfer fees.
PSG, who currently sit 1st in the French top flight, are owned by the Qatar Investment Authority and are understood to be one of the richest clubs in world football.
Since the takeover in 2011, the Parisiens have signed a host of global stars including Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Thiago Silva, Lucas Moura and David Beckham at a cost of over €250m (£212m).
Sportsmediaset is an Italian broadcaster owned by AC Milan president and former prime minister Sergio Berlusconi.
