Liverpool are believed to be eager to part ways with strikers Fabio Borini and Mario Balotelli, who have both struggled greatly at Anfield.
According to NBC Sports, Balotelli is receiving interest from former club AC Milan.
The Serie A club are seeking a loan deal for the striker, but they are likely looking at a permanent deal in the long run.
The Italian international played for two seasons with the Serie A club and experienced much more success in Italy, scoring 26 goals in 43 Serie A appearances during his stint with the European giants.
Balotelli failed to live up to expectations since joining Liverpool last summer in a £16m deal, as he only scored one goal in 16 Premier League appearances.
Following the additions of Christian Beneteke, Danny Ings and Roberto Firmino, Balotelli has dropped even further down the pecking order at Anfield and the Italian is believed to have been frozen out of the first-team setup by Brendan Rodgers.
