The Arizona State Sun Devils scored 26 unanswered points in the second half to beat the New Mexico Lobos, 58-23.

No. 17 Arizona State set the field ablaze with a 58-23 win over New Mexico, led by their rushing attack that gained 423 yards and scored six touchdowns.
The Lobos kept it close in the first half when they trailed 29-23, but the Sun Devils pulled away in the second half with 26 unanswered points.
Running back D.J. Foster led the way for the Sun Devils with 216 yards and a touchdown on 19 carries. The running back also added 54 receiving yards on three receptions.
Quarterback Taylor Kelly added 84 yards and a touchdown on 10 carries, and he threw for 192 yards and two touchdowns.
Demario Richard also contributed to the running game with a 46-yard touchdown run, and Kalen Ballage reached the end zone twice.
For the Lobos, quarterback Lamar Jordan was held to 130 yards and one touchdown pass.
Running back Teriyon Gipson led the offense with 138 all-purpose yards and a touchdown, and the rushing attack finished with 207 yards.
