What went wrong:
The first half of the season. Oh, and the elimination final.
Richmond were shocking in the first 14 rounds of the season and Damien Hardwick was under genuine pressure from fans and media alike.
They looked lost and without a game plan – chipping the ball sideways and lacked any sort of directness.
Whether it was because the players couldn’t execute what Hardwick wanted or didn’t adhere to it we’ll never know.
The less said about the elimination final against Port Adelaide, the better. The Tigers looked completely out of their depth and it’s wasn’t the result of a decision after a coin toss.
