12. West Ham United
The Hammers have made multiple signings, and a relatively significant addition in former Juventus defender Angelo Ogbonna, but they simply don’t have enough talent to finish in the top 10.
11. Swansea City
Portuguese international Eder will be joining the Swans as they look to finish in the top half once again. He figures to upgrade their scoring attack, but finishing in the top 10 again will be a challenge.
10. Crystal Palace
The Eagles signed midfielder Yohan Cabaye and are also on track to add Wickham. The team have not yet experienced any significant losses, so should sneak into the top half.
9. Everton
The Toffees appear to have defender John Stones for the long haul, as manager Roberto Martinez has refused to sell him to Chelsea. He will be counted on to lead Everton’s defence, and striker Romelu Lukaku remains a formidable forward on his day.
