4. Manchester United
The Red Devils still have yet to make a significant upgrade to their attack or defence, but they were able to strengthen their midfield with the additions of Memphis Depay, Morgan Schneiderlin and Bastian Schweinsteiger. The imminent departure of goalkeeper David de Gea will hurt though.
3. Manchester City
Man City will always be in contention as long as they have Sergio Aguero, and adding Sterling doesn’t hurt either. However, they are simply outmatched by two other teams.
2. Arsenal
Goalkeeper Petr Cech will instantly make the Gunners an even more dangerous title contender. It is a given that Arsenal will finish in the top four as they have during their 11-year title drought, but their bitter rivals will overpower them once again.
1. Chelsea
Never bet against Jose Mourinho. While Cech has been snagged by Arsenal, the Blues have already proven that they can win a title without him in the net.
They found an adequate replacement in Asmir Begovic to provide quality depth behind Thibaut Courtois, and striker Radamel Falcao will be out to prove that he can thrive again.
