13. New Orleans Saints: LB/DE Randy Gregory, Nebraska
The Saints choose the player with both the biggest risk and the biggest upside in the draft. Gregory will either succeed because of his talent or flop because of his off-the-field activities.
14. Miami Dolphins: LB Bud Dupree, Kentucky
A great athlete who can give the Dolphins more support on defense
15. San Francisco 49ers: DE Shane Ray
Dropping out of the top 10 after he was caught with marijuana in his car, Ray gets picked up by the 49ers, who are in serious need of a top player who can take over as either a lineman or a LB after all of the players the 49ers lost this offseason.
16. Houston Texans: OT T. J. Clemmings, Pittsburgh
The Texans’ inability to protect the QB prevented them from going to the playoffs in 2014. Clemmings can change that and provide running lanes for Arian Foster as well.
17. San Diego Chargers: OT D. J. Humphries, Florida
Whether or not the Chargers are committed to Philip Rivers in the long term, they need a new offensive tackle.
