18. Kansas City Chiefs: CB Jalen Collins, LSU
The Chiefs need a CB and Jalen Colins is a pretty good one.
19. Cleveland Browns: WR Breshad Perriman, UCF
With Josh Gordon’s NFL future in question, the Browns need a new receiver to give their passing attack a little more juice – who they choose to throw those passes is a different issue altogether.
20. Philadelphia Eagles: LB Eli Harold, Virginia
Not the flashy pick Eagles fans were expecting after an offseason of craziness, but Harold is a good LB who can become a real leader for Chip Kelly’s defense.
21. Cincinnati Bengals: S Landon Collins, Alabama
Perhaps the best DB in the entire draft, Collins can help the Bengals take an edge over the Ravens and Steelers in the secondary that they have sorely needed since the two teams started improving their passing games.
22. Pittsburgh Steelers: DT Malcom Brown, Texas
The entire Steelers defense is missing veteran leadership with the departures of Troy Polamalu and Ike Taylor, so a strong defensive lineman like Brown would be the perfect piece in a rebuild.
