4. Marcus Peters, Washington
Peters enters the draft with character concerns, as he was kicked off the Washington football team after clashing with head coach Chris Petersen. He had also missed practices, which likely angered the coaching staff and may have contributed to their arguments.
The final straw was when Peters was suspended for a sideline blowup against Eastern Washington, and this turned into a team dismissal. The talent will be hard to pass up on though, as Peters came up with 11 interceptions in his three-year college career. He also only allowed 38 percent of passes to be completed against him.
Projection: Late 1st round-early 2nd round
