1. Leonard Williams, USC
The almost undisputed, No. 1 overall prospect in the 2015 NFL Draft, Williams has the making of the kind of perennial All-Pro talent that the NFL hasn’t seen since Ndamukong Suh took the league by storm in 2010. With his exceptional combination of size and speed, Williams can play just about anywhere along the defensive line – and would likely be just as unstoppable as a DT in a 3-4 defense as a DE in a 4-3 defense.
With a tough work ethic that surpasses the 2014 No. 1 overall draft pick Jadeveon Clowney’s, Williams will be the defensive leader of whichever team drafts him for years to come. He is the only pick that can be considered a legitimately safe bet to become a star.
Projection: Top 3 Overall
