4. Denzel Perryman, Miami
Perryman led Miami in tackles in the 2014 season with 110. He was named to the All-American third team while joining Anthony on the All-ACC first team. Perryman is expected to possibly go in the first round, but there are concerns about his size.
Perryman is considered by some to be too small, as he is less than six feet tall. Arizona Cardinals defensive end Calais Campbell pointed out that Baltimore Ravens legend Ray Lewis had similar concerns when entering the draft. Coincidentally, Campbell and Lewis both played football for Miami as well. Perryman will need to dispel concerns about his speed too though, as he ran a 4.78 40 at the Combine.
Projection: Round 2
