2. Vic Beasley, Clemson
Perhaps the most intriguing LB prospect in the entire draft, Beasley is faster than many NFL running backs and stronger than many NFL offensive linemen. He proved it at the Scouting Combine where he led all defensive linemen and linebackers with a 4.53 40-time and 35 bench press reps. Beasley’s only problem is that he’s too small to play a traditional defensive line position and too big to play as rush LB. If he can make the successful transition to a 3-4 OLB, Beasley could very well be the next DeMarcus Ware as an every down pass rusher.
