3. Nick O’Leary, Florida State
O’Leary emerged as a key weapon for Jameis Winston at Florida State, and he can also claim himself as a national champion on his draft resume. He caught 13 touchdown passes over his last two seasons, proving his status as a red-zone weapon. O’Leary also came through in the clutch throughout his Florida State career, helping them escape with a narrow win over Clemson when Winston was out with a suspension while reaching 97 yards and scoring a touchdown in the 2014 ACC Championship.
O’Leary has put his hamstring injury behind him, but he ran a slow 40 time, which was a 4.93. Although his pass-catching ability gives him upside, his speed may be a turn-off for some teams.
Projection: Round 2-3
