4. Breshad Perriman, UCF
The University of Central Florida receiver has the potential to be a premier deep threat in the NFL due to his insane speed, which he demonstrated by running a 4.22 40 time at the Combine. His speed alone makes him an intriguing prospect, but his pass-catching ability is there too, as he caught 50 passes for 1,044 yards and nine touchdowns in 2014.
However, there are concerns about his hands as he has struggled with dropped passes, and it remains to be seen whether his flashy speed will make him a relevant NFL receiver or a bust like Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson. His speed will be valuable to the return game though.
Projection: Late 1st round-early 2nd round
