3. DeVante Parker, Louisville
Parker could be the top receiver in most draft classes, as he is expected to be drafted in the first half of the first round, but the talent is so overwhelming that he drops to third. Nonetheless, any team that drafts Parker will instantly gain a potential No. 1 receiver for their offense. The Louisville receiver suffered a foot injury at the beginning of the 2014 season and missed seven games as a result. However, he became the featured receiver in the Louisville offense and finished with 855 yards and five touchdowns.
He reached 100 receiving yards in all but one of his games and caught three touchdown passes against Kentucky, showing his red-zone ability. Due to his high draft stock, there’s a chance he may reunite with Minnesota Vikings quarterback and former Louisville teammate Teddy Bridgewater.
Projection: Top 15 pick
