2. Kevin White, West Virginia
White broke out in his senior season at West Virginia, catching 109 passes for 1,447 yards and 10 touchdowns. His draft stock skyrocketed as a result, and his 4.35 40 time made him a virtual lock to be drafted early in the first round since he weighs 215 pounds. White will instantly upgrade any receiving corps if he can live up to his potential, and his deep-threat ability will enable him to stretch the field and open up the passing attack.
However, some teams may be concerned that his senior season may have been a fluke since his prior experience consists of junior college and a junior season where he caught only 35 passes for 507 yards. There’s a chance that he may be drafted by the Oakland Raiders with the fourth pick and ahead of Cooper though.
Projection: Top 5-Top 10
