Dallas Cowboys RB DeMarco Murray (Leaves for Atlanta Falcons)
The Cowboys and Murray don’t seem to be making any progress as they have reportedly had different views on what his value is. They tried to offer him a four-year, $16 million deal even though he led the NFL in rushing with 1,845 yards while carrying the ball 392 times.
He has been unable to stay healthy previously though, and Romo and Bryant are the top priorities in Dallas right now. Also working against Murray’s favor is the fact that the 2015 draft class is loaded with running backs such as Todd Gurley and Melvin Gordon.
The Falcons desperately need a running back as Steven Jackson is close to retirement, and Devonta Freeman appears to be nothing more than a complementary back.
