2. Dallas Cowboys
While the Cowboys may be viewed as a Super Bowl favorite by some, they are fifth at best when it comes to Super Bowl odds, and the Cowboys still have their doubters. The Cowboys were not expected to make the playoffs or even finish higher than last place in the NFC East by many fans and experts, but their offense is as prolific as ever while their defense has been respectable despite being depleted by injuries.
The Cowboys are favored to beat the Lions, but they will be underdogs when they have to play the Packers, who will be their next opponent if they win on Sunday. The Packers and Seahawks will be heavily favored against any team they face in the Divisional Round, so this makes the Cowboys a dark horse contender. Quarterback Tony Romo gives the team a chance to win it all though, along with a fantastic offensive line and elite wide receiver in Dez Bryant. Murray
