Bayern Munich defender Dante looks set to turn his back on a move to Manchester United.

The Brazilian has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford, and Daily Star reports United bosses had sounded out the player in regards to a possible move.
Louis van Gaal is looking to bolster United’s defence over the summer after seemingly missing out on Mats Hummels, and Dante’s latest comments will come as a major blow for the Dutchman.
“[I see my future] with FC Bayern,” Dante is quoted as saying by TalkSport.
“I’ve been playing here for three years now and I know every single day how fortunate I am to be able to play for such a big club. I enjoy every day here.
“Just think, I’ve been in at least the semi-finals of the Champions League and the DFB-Pokal Cup in each of these three years, and won the Bundesliga each time.
“It can hardly get any better than that. I’ll always give everything for this club.”
He joined Bayern Munich from Wolfsburg in 2012 and has been largely impressive for the Bundesliga champions and he would be a solid option for Van Gaal after the former Bayern boss failed to settle on a defensive combination this season.
United are now expected to put its full attention into securing the transfer of long-time target Nicolas Otamendi from Valencia.
