Chalk this one up to another case of money flushed down the drain. Was Stevan Jovetic overhyped or did he just fail to gel with Man City?
After Man City reached an agreement several weeks ago to sell Stevan Jovetic to a Serie A powerhouse, it appears that the long-awaited transfer completion is imminent.
The official FC Internationale Twitter page posted that Jovetic would be arriving in Milan on Monday with a physical scheduled for Tuesday in order to complete the deal. Jovetic confirmed the news when he retweeted both the Italian and English versions of the message on his own page.

A star forward with Fiorentina from 2008 to 2013, Jovetic recorded 27 goals in his last two seasons with the club before catching the eye of the Premier League.
Man City would sign Jovetic on a £22 million transfer out of Fiorentina in 2013, but Jovetic failed to stay on the squad and made 3 goals in just 11 appearances that year. The following year he made just 5 goals in 17 appearances for the club. He was also removed from Man City’s Champions League squad in February.
