Jack Wilshere finally set for first team return.
After completing another match for the Arsenal Under-21s team, Jack Wilshere is nearing a first team return.
The England international looks set to make his full comeback in the Gunners’ match with QPR this weekend, having played the full ninety minutes for their Under-21 team against Everton.
That ninety minute stint though likely means Wilshere will at most play a minimal part in Arsenal’s UEFA Champions League match with FC Schalke 04 at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday, and the Queens Park Rangers match looks a more likely target for the 20 year-old.
In each of Wilshere’s three appearances for the Under-21s, he has looked closer to being back to his best.
Arsenal fans will hope that after the debacle that was their game against Norwich, Wilshere is ready as soon as possible.
