Their linebackers are the heart of their defense since they have Pro Bowl players in Patrick Willis, NaVorro Bowman and Aldon Smith.
The linebacking unit took part in drills with the blocking sled, and they showed no hesitation in pushing the machine.
Players such as Willis(52) and undrafted free agent Shayne Skov(44) can be seen roughing up the blocking sled in the Vine video below.
