1. Liverpool need to sell some of their defenders

For a side that isn’t involved in Europe this season, Rodgers perhaps has one too many defenders on his books.

While we expect Martin Skrtel and Dejan Lovren to continue to start, is there really a need to have both Kolo Toure and Mamadou Sakho around? Both have been linked with an exit, but it remains to be seen if either seals a move away from Anfield in time. And let’s not even get started on Jose Enrique!
