4. Ezequiel Garay
Chelsea needs a new defender badly. If they can’t land “the next John Terry” then a veteran presence is needed at the very least to instill some discipline. Garay has been a quick fix for several clubs trying to get over the hump, winning the Russian PL with Zenit last year and the Primeira Liga with Benfica the year before.
