OK, it wasn’t Arsenal fans heckling Giroud during France’s 2-1 win over Serbia on Monday, but there’s no doubt the striker will be extra-motivated to hit the back of the net on Sunday.
Giroud was booed by French fans after missing several gilt-edged opportunities, and an angry Giroud could be bad news for the Stoke defence.
