4. Jose Mourinho has brought unnecessary attention to the bench
The controversy surrounding the medical staff this week has put Chelsea in the spotlight again and Mourinho could, and arguably should, have dealt with it better.
Instead, he’s now drawn attention to his bench. Whether that helps the players remains to be seen, but it has added more pressure on him.
