Boca Juniors striker Jonathan Calleri is keen for a move away from the Argentine giants, according to reports.
Calleri has previously been linked with a move to Premier League giants Arsenal, and Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is understood to be desperate to sign a striker in order to bolster his side’s attacking depth.
The 21-year-old is understood to be highly-rated by Boca Juniors, however, the arrival Carlos Tevez and Dani Osvaldo has seen the youngster drop down the pecking order at the Bombanera.
Calleri was understood to have interest from Stoke City during the summer transfer window, with Daily Mail reporting the Potters were weighing up a move for the £5m-rated attacker.
According to reports in Spain, Calleri is now desperate for a move away from Boca but also has interest from Serie A clubs.
Calleri has scored 13 goals in 36 appearances for Boca Juniors since joining the club from All Boys in 2014.
