Arguably the biggest loss of them all, Terry may argue that he has a few years left in him yet as he proved last season that he is still at the top of his game.
Having been included in the PFA Team of the Year for the first time in decade, his form suggests that this won’t be his last season. However, with Kurt Zouma on the sidelines and John Stones potentially arriving from Everton, there are clear signs that Chelsea are already looking towards the future.
Nevertheless, Terry has been a loyal and commanding presence at Stamford Bridge despite the controversies along the way.
