Never say never Thierry Henry fans. Could the Arsenal legend make a comeback at age 37?
Thierry Henry is a true Arsenal legend. The Frenchman is the club’s all-time record goalscorer, who was once rated so highly that the release clause in his contract was £84.2 million – a figure that was untouchable in 2007. But today the recently-retired Gunners hero was seen training again with an MLS powerhouse
Metro New York reporter Kristian Dyer, a very trusted source in New York sports media, reported that the 37-year-old Henry was seen training with the New York Red Bulls – who Henry played for from 2010 to 2014.

Though Dyer noted that the training appeared to have been just for fun, Henry wouldn’t be the first over-the-hill superstar to flip-flop on a retirement in the United States for enough money.
Henry is training with #RBNY today but just for fun. No reason to get hopes up.

Henry is one of the most decorated superstars in Arsenal history, winning four Premier League Golden Boot awards during his incredible eight-year tenure with the club. Henry led Arsenal to two Premier League titles and left the team to join Barcelona in 2007 after finishing with 174 league goals and 226 total goals.
