German midfield ace Toni Kroos is United’s top summer transfer target. He’s one of the best passers in European football, and still hasn’t extended his contract with the Bundesliga champions. United would be happy to offer him an astronomical deal to move to the Premier League – although his potential transfer fee will likely be huge.
