The Egyptian international is rumoured to be unhappy at playing a bit part role with the club since joined from FC Basel back in January.
Milan coach Filippo Inzaghi has reportedly been alerted to the 22-year-olds situation, and is keen on bringing him to the club as he continues to look for new recruits to help rebuild following two years of disappointing performances.
Inzaghi will initially look to bring the winger in on loan before deciding whether to make the deal a permanent one at the end of the season.
Salah has so far featured just once for Chelsea this season – and made only ten appearances last term.
