Veteran Adelaide defender Brent Reilly is set to undergo surgery after fracturing his skull in a training ground collision, according to the Crows.
Adelaide officials say the 31-year-old sustained the head injury during a routine training drill.
Reilly, who remained conscious throughout the ordeal, was was taken by ambulance to the Royal Adelaide Hospital and is expected to undergo surgery later on Monday.
The Crows will provide an update on his condition as soon as it becomes available.
Reilly has played 203 games from the Crows since making his AFL debut in 2002.
