The NFL announced its three players of the week in the AFC for Week 2 of the 2014 NFL season.
Indianapolis Colts QB Andrew Luck was named AFC Offensive Player of the Week, San Diego Chargers DE Corey Liuget was named AFC Defensive Player of the Week, and Baltimore Ravens K Justin Tucker was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week.
Luck won after beating the the Jaguars for 370 yards and a career-best 140.4 passer rating in Sunday’s 44-17 win. Luck’s four touchdowns tied his own career mark.
Liuget had six tackles, one sack and a forced fumble in Sunday’s win over the Buffalo Bills.
Tucker went 3-for-3 on FG attempts, including the game-winner and two PATs against the Cleveland Browns.
