Portuguese currently under severe pressure at the Bernabeu.
Rea Madrid head coach Jose Mourinho has confirmed that after he leaves his current post at the Santiago Bernabeu, he will once again manage in the Premier League.
The self-styled ‘Special One’ comes up against his old foe Sir Alex Ferguson on Wednesday night as Madrid host Manchester United in the first leg of the two clubs’ round-of-16 Champions League clash in the Spanish capital.
And, prior to the eagerly-anticipated showdown, the Portuguese said that he would be making a return to the English top flight.
“After Real Madrid, I’d like to manage in England. I love everything about England. You will see when that will be,” Mourinho said in his pre-match press conference.
“Normally it will be my next step.

“Real have won this trophy nine times and I have won it twice. We are both privileged.
“I want this to be a great spectacle and I hope United do, too.
“For sure, it’s the match of this round of the Champions League. It’s the most important one. Everybody is waiting for this match.
“If I know the culture of English football and a manager like Sir Alex, I don’t think they are thinking of playing anything other than a big match.”
