Raiola insists they want to renew with Bianconeri.
The agent of Juventus and France midfielder Paul Pogba has calmed recent panic over his future by stating he is happy in Turin.
President Andrea Agnelli alerted Europe to the fact that the club would find it difficult to turn down a substantial offer for the youngster, which in turn sparked speculation over his future in Italy.
However, Mino Raiola, has told Tuttosport that while the comment was possibly true it would apply to clubs across Europe in that it would be sensible to consider huge financial offers for players should they arrive.
“Not only Italy, but nowhere in the world can you refuse an indecent offer,” Raiola commented as reported by Football Italia.
“And the fans no longer have to worry.
“The player’s renewal? There’s no hurry. Paul is very calm and serene. He is fine where he is. We want to renew with Juventus, but we have our clear strategy.”
Speculation over the summer suggested interest from Premier League outfit Arsenal, and it has been reported over the last 24 hours that the Gunners could be amongst a group of top European clubs now assessing Pogba’s situation.
However, for now it appears as though Pogba’s primary concern is to continue negotiations with Juve over a new deal, although talks have stalled in recent weeks.
“Have we already had an offer from elsewhere? No, we have received nothing. And anyway, in that case, Juve would have no reason to worry.”
Having established himself as an integral part of Antonio Conte’s squad so far this season, Pogba will hope to continue to impress after the international break, as Juve look to close the gap on leaders Roma.
Victory over AC Milan last weekend was met with great relief after a week of criticism following their disappointing draw in Europe, but with a double-header against Real Madrid to come the Old Lady will hope for better results ahead.
