The Malayan Tigers defender is hoping to line up against the Spanish giants this weekend.
Mohid Aidil Zafuan Abdul Razak admits Malaysia’s friendly with Barcelona on Saturday will be the toughest match of his career.
The Malayan Tigers will go toe-to-toe with Barca at the National Stadium in Bukit Jalil on Saturday evening with Nou Camp boss Gerardo Martino expected to name a strong line-up including Lionel Messi and new signing Neymar.
And after seeing the Spanish giants plunder eight goals past Brazil outfit Santos without reply last week and demolish Thailand 7-1 on Wednesday night, Aidil concedes fear could paralyse his team-mates but he is looking forward to testing himself against players of a world-class standard.
“Mention Barcelona, not just any player, but I personally felt dwarfed to cope with their stars because we know the quality they had and we are still far to be compared with them,” he told Utusan Online yesterday.
“Of course no one will put up any hope for us to win but at least we can give to their opposition and win as much valuable experience.
“I can hardly wait to face with great players like Neymar or Messi, the two best players in the world at the moment, felt like a dream already there but I will give the power to control their movements.”
