The Spaniard bagged the winner at the Etihad Stadium on matchday one with a sensational effort that eluded Joe Hart, and he helped ensure his side picked up maximum points again to leave them alone at the top of the table as Simone Zaza secured the win with a late strike after coming off the bench.

The Bianconeri are currently in 15th place after claiming just five points in their opening six games of the campaign, as they welcome Bologna to the Juventus Stadium this weekend.
