Eden Hazard – Chelsea
Many have aimed criticism at the Blues this season for being a ‘one man team’ and whilst that may seem a little unfair, the influence of Hazard has certainly greatly helped their cause.
Manager Jose Mourinho recognised this early on and made the Belgian the main man in attacking midfield ahead of Juan Mata and 14 goals and seven assists has proven the 51-year-old right.
