British tennis star Andy Murray has revealed he may “free ball” at his upcoming wedding to fiancee Kim Sears.
Following his four-set win over Grigor Dimitrov at the Australian Open, Murray was asked what he would be wearing to the big day.
Asked by Channel Seven commentator Hamish McLachlan on whether he’d don the suit or the traditional Scottish kilt, Murray said he hadn’t made up his mind yet.
“I think I’m going to have both options and see what I feel like in the morning when I wake up,” The Scot was quoted by Stuff NZ.
In yet another bizarre post-match interview, McLachlan then pressed Murray on whether he’d wear the kilt without underpants.
“Yes obviously, proper kilt,” he said.
McLachlan then asked if it meant he would be “free ball”, of which Murray replied “exactly”.
Murray then decided to end the interview himself.
“I’ve got a match to play in a couple of days, can I go now?”
