Paris Saint-Germain are confident of tieing up a deal for Manchester United winger Angel di Maria this weekend, according to reports.
Di Maria has been heavily linked with a move away from Old Trafford, and The Daily Mail reports the Ligue 1 giants will press forward to complete a deal for the Argentine international this weekend.
The 27-year-old struggled to make an impact during his first season in the Premier League following his £59.7m move from Real Madrid, and it is understood the player is struggling to settle into life in Manchester.
United boss Louis van Gaal is keen to hold onto Di Maria following the departure of Robin van Persie, however Daily Star reports the Dutchman is sympathetic to the player’s struggles and is willing to do business with PSG should the French club offer an appropriate fee.
Di Maria managed just four goals for United last season and is understood to have struggled both on and off the field following an attempted burglary at his family home in February.
