Former Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas left the Gunners in August 2011, but he is still regarded as a club legend by many fans, having spent eight years with the club.
Due to his continued hero status, Fabregas is still honoured to this day by a huge banner of his image, which is positioned proudly outside the Emirates Stadium.
However, Fabregas is not as popular among Gooners as he once was, following his £30m move from Barcelona to Chelsea last summer.
As if signing for one of Arsenal’s biggest rivals wasn’t bad enough, Fabregas upset many Gunners even more when he kissed the Chelsea badge after lifting the Capital One Cup earlier this season.
Arsenal supporter Claude, who was become a minor celebrity for his frequently miserable appearances on ArsenalFanTV, has called upon his club to remove Fabregas’s banner from the Emirates ahead of this weekend’s top-of-the-table Premier League clash with Chelsea.
Watch Claude discuss the matter fellow Gooner Ty below.
