Costa, who is quoted by CaughtOffside, said: “I do know now that I have to be a little bit more careful because it is not the same when I do something or when someone else does it. Something I do is talked about much more than another player. So I have to be extra careful.”
“I’m never going to change the way I play. That’s what got me here and that’s the way I play. I was on top form and I was at my best until I had that suspension. I still don’t know why it happened but it’s gone now.
“You have to just forget about it. But now I’m running a little bit behind, trying to do my best, working hard and hopefully I’ll be 100 per cent for the [Capital One Cup] final.”
