He entered the NBA Draft after just one season at Kentucky, but one college season was all he needed as he led the Wildcats to a national championship.
That team was stacked with future NBA players such as Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and Terrence Jones.
The current Kentucky team appears to be on track to bring home another national championship, but Davis is not impressed with their 25-0 record and No. 1 ranking.
“Oh I mean, we’d destroy them,” Davis said when being asked to compare the 2015 team and his 2012 team.
