Reports suggest that Galatasaray remain interested in the former Milan star, and will make their move in the coming hours to secure the deal, according to the Daily Mail.
Arsenal fans are of course awaiting news of arrivals rather than departures, and it remains to be seen whether or not Wenger strengthens the squad ahead of the 6pm deadline.
Photos circulated on Tuesday morning of the French tactician apparently arriving in Paris, but they have not been verified as being from today as of yet.
Nevertheless, if true, it would seem as though Wenger is looking at PSG for his next piece of business, with Adrien Rabiot and Edinson Cavani both linked with a move to London.
