The Partenopei have placed a €28m cash plus another €2m in bonuses offer for the Roma star, although it is claimed that he wants to join Milan, as reported by Football Italia.

That will be a double blow for both the Gunners and Chelsea after reports in England had suggested that they were monitoring the 20-year-old’s situation.
Romagnoli enjoyed a stellar loan spell at Sampdoria last season, and is reportedly adamant that he wants a reunion with boss Sinisa Mihajlovic at San Siro.
However, the Rossoneri have been unwilling to raise their current offer which stands at €25m plus €3m in bonuses.
Romagnoli is expected to be sacrificed by Roma boss Rudi Garcia as he continues to strengthen his squad with the likes of Edin Dzeko and Mohamed Salah.
