Silva, who has been dubbed ‘the new Cristiano Ronaldo’ on account of his physical ability and goalscoring prowess, is already in and around the fringes of the FC Porto first team in the Portuguese Primeira Liga, but seems to view his footballing future as being away from the club.
The report suggests that the Premier League is the ideal destination for Silva, hugely alerting both Chelsea and Arsenal to the opportunity of signing him, with both having been impressed in the past when scouting the teenager.
