Premier League duo keeping tabs on Ipswich Town’s Tyrone Mings.
Premier League giants Chelsea and Arsenal are both monitoring the progress of young Ipswich Town full back Tyrone Mings, report the Mirror, as he continues to flourish under Mick McCarthy as the Tractor Boys maintain one of the tightest defensive records in the Championship at the start of the new season.

Crystal Palace are also interested in Mings, with Neil Warnock having baulked at the £2.5m fee during the transfer window but perhaps willing to consider if the youngster continues his fine Portman Road form.
If Chelsea or Arsenal are serious with their interest in Mings, however, then they would become the most likely destination for a player who looks set to become the latest graduate from the much vaunted Ipswich Town academy to make it in the Premier League.
