Premier League foursome Arsenal, Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United have all been placed on high alert after Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint Germain reportedly offered midfielder Lucas Moura an escape route, according to the Daily Express.

Arsenal £52m Ligue 1 raid
The PSG forward was looked at by Manchester United before he joined the Ligue 1 side, and Liverpool, Arsenal and Man City would also be keen on him for the right price.
The 22-year-old only joined PSG from Sao Paolo in his homeland 18 months ago for a fee of around £45million, but he has so far struggled to make an impact in France and is now being tipped to make a swift exit.
Spanish giants Barcelona had also registered an interest, but they are currently under a transfer embargo, meaning the Premier League sides will be able to press ahead with a move for him instead.
