Arsenal have shown a great deal of faith in Aaron Ramsey since he signed in 2008, with Arsene Wenger firmly of the belief the Welshman would become a top class midfielder.
Ramsey has gone some way to repaying that faith over the last two seasons, and drives the Gunners on with his all round play.
The 23 year-old has scored nine times and provided eight assists in an injury disrupted campaign for the north London side, and such form extended over the course of a full season could bring trophies back to Emirates Stadium.
